A no-frills, self-serve spot with surprisingly good food and really friendly people. I loved the quirky touch of empty IKEA frames on the wall, very artsy. The popcorn chicken and spicy wontons were both excellent, and the noodles were flavorful and spicy, though I wish they had a bit more sesame sauce. The xiao long baos were not bad, but not the best I’ve had. I also appreciated the no-tipping option, though the cashier was so cheerful I couldn’t help but tip anyway. My only gripe is the lack of water for customers. In Vancouver, that really should be standard and I feel that it should be the bare minimum for hospitality.

Noople offers a pleasant dining experience with nice, friendly staff and service. It’s mostly walk-up and self-serve after ordering and paying at the counter. The soup dumplings are flavourful and decent, and the beef noodle soup is nicely balanced; not too salty, with thin cuts of beef that are minimal, but tasty. The fish and chips were a bit oily for my preference, but the breading was enjoyable; the fish tender, and the chips well done. Overall, a solid spot with good flavours and welcoming service.

Dropped by to get an order of Dan Dan noodle since i happened to be passing by. The noodle texture was perfect, not too hard or mushy. The sauce is very good, nice kick with the spice that doesnt overwhelm the dish and good flavor. While there's option for add-on, the regular order is very lacking in topping. The veggies and peanut is just garnish. Once you mixed up the noodle, you won't see it again. Every other Dan Dan noodle I had in this city at least give you plenty of peanuts, albeit at a higher price. I'd come back again to try out their other noodles and fish N chips. Also they renovated, the place looked completely refreshed.

Fish and chips was really good. The spicy wonton was not bad, but cooked for too long the wonton wrapping was too soft, and wish the meat inside was wrapped tighter. The minced meat with dry noodle was ok. The noodle taste a little bit like spaghetti, and would like a little more sauce. The server was friendly. Except the menu was kind of hard to read. While I was trying to read the English part of the menu, it was just hard to figuring out what it was. And the Chinese menu was written in simplied character which I have a bit of hard time to understand what it was too, although I do know how to read Chinese. Maybe they can have a menu on the counter so people can read it on the side to decide what they want to order. Instead of standing looking at the LED board.

I tried the wonton noodle in soup with extra order of beef tendons on top. The noodle texture is okay, I was expecting Hong Kong style wonton noodle, so the thick spaghetti-like noodles caught me off guard. The tendons are technically delicious, I say technically because I thought they were caramelized onions until I paid attention and consciously told my brain that they were thinly sliced tendons. The texture was exquisite. The wonton are pasing mark, nothing to write home about. The broth was carefully thought and prepared, it hinted on many ingredients. Overall, it was an okay dish, not enough drama, I had hoped there would be more noodles and wonton. Next time I'll need to order the steamed buns to make a meal out of it, because right now, I feel like going somewhere to eat again. Again, perfectly tasty and delicious, but serving a bit small for Chinese food.

Simple foods with great flavours that are made to order. The scallion oil noodle is reminiscent of what I used to have as a kid growing up in Asia. Love the surprising appearance of fish and chips on the menu. The fish slices are substantial and will fill you up. They’re not very generous with the tartar sauce, though.

All the noodle dishes were flavourful and a great deal (good portions!). The fish and chips were juicy and not overcooked with a light crispy batter (although we could've used a bit more tartar sauce!). The XLBs were a bit disappointing though, so no need to order that! Overall super chill place to enjoy a quick, affordable (self-serve) and delicious meal!

I just discovered Noople Noodle looking for Wonton Noodle Soup on Google and while I thought it was a fish and chips place I was pleasantly surprised they had Xiaolongbao, wonton noodles in soup and minced pork noodles. They were pretty good and quick. I would come back to try other things on their menu like beef tendon noodles. Parking out front was convenient too!!

This self-serve noodle and dumpling spot captivates with its unpretentious charm and sincere hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere enhanced by quirky touches like empty IKEA frames adorning the walls—an artsy nod that sets it apart.

The culinary offerings here reflect a thoughtful balance of tradition and innovation. The spicy wontons stand out with a vibrant kick, though some might wish for a slightly tighter wrap and meatier filling. The xiao long baos present a decent rendition, modest yet satisfying, while the beef noodle soup impresses with its carefully balanced broth and tender beef slices that speak to a nuanced understanding of flavors. Notably, the Dan Dan noodles feature a perfect texture—neither too soft nor mushy—with a well-crafted sauce that delivers a gentle spice without overpowering. The dish could benefit from more generous toppings, but its core appeal remains intact.

Fish and chips here deserve a special mention; the fish is tender and the breading crispy, offering a comforting contrast to the oily richness some reviewers noted. The crispy popcorn chicken is another crowd-pleaser, embodying the no-frills, heartfelt cooking ethos that defines Noople.
